I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the hot springs are a real highlight and perfect for relaxation, I found some issues with the cabin we stayed in, which felt overpriced for what it offered. The service at the front desk could be improved, particularly during check-out. Overall, the hot springs area was beautiful and provided a great escape.

While the location is stunning and the hot springs are relaxing, the customer service left much to be desired. My room was significantly delayed in availability, which was frustrating, and the lack of hot water made for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, while I loved the natural beauty and the hot springs, I can't overlook the unsatisfactory service.

I had an incredible birthday getaway at the Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort, and I can't say enough good things about it! The hot springs were exactly what I needed for relaxation, and the staff treated me like family. However, my friends had some reservations that were less than ideal, including issues with room cleanliness and service that could have been better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but some attention to detail in accommodations would elevate it even more.
