I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the hot springs are a real highlight and perfect for relaxation, I found some issues with the cabin we stayed in, which felt overpriced for what it offered. During my stay at Mount Princeton Hot Springs, I experienced a mixture of highs and lows. While the location is stunning and the hot springs are relaxing, the customer service left much to be desired. My room was significantly delayed in availability, which was frustrating, and the lack of hot water made for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, while I loved the natural beauty and the hot springs, I can't overlook the unsatisfactory service.
